Pavlos Politopoulos

Pavlos Politopoulos is the Senior Vice President of Customer Experience at EVgo, with responsibility for customer operations, field operations and training. Mr. Politopoulos leads and manages the operations, customer and technical support teams for the EVgo network. He oversees the installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of all EVgo chargers.  

 With over 30 years of experience, Mr. Politopoulos has built teams that have won multiple customer service industry awards, including a Stevie Award for Best Customer Service Team. Prior to joining EVgo, he was the Vice President of Field Operations at Common Networks where he was responsible for developing and executing a growth plan to scale Common Networks customers while managing all external facing operations, including installation and field teams. Previously, Mr. Politopoulos was the Head of Legal Online Operations for all Google products worldwide and Head of Customer Facing Operations at Google Fiber.  

 Mr. Politopoulos studied at the Academy of Art University.
